With the ability to generate different reports for your ShareBase deployment, we are giving more power to the admins.
Email Digest for ShareBase provides updates, via email, of all new notifications that have occurred since the last digest. You can opt to be updated hourly, daily or weekly depending on your preference.
The new ShareBase Search allows you to find documents anywhere in ShareBase. It does not matter if documents have been shared with you, placed in a corporate library, or misplaced somewhere in your My Files; ShareBase Search will find the files you need. You can search documents by text in a file, file name, tags, file type, and the creator of the document.

User Access Restrictions

Corporate Libraries can be used to gather content from outside of your organization, allowing your customers to upload files needed for your organization’s internal processes. With File Type Whitelists, you can specify which file formats are allowed to be uploaded to specific Corporate Libraries.
